Tell us about your experience, career goals, compensation expectations, location preferences, and what would make you consider your next opportunity.
If you're accepted into our candidate representation program, Provident Search becomes your exclusive third-party recruiting partner for the applicable 90-day representation period.
You're still free to search for jobs and apply directly to employers yourself.
2. WE GO TO WORK FOR YOU
The best career opportunity isn't always sitting on a job board waiting for an application.
Provident Search proactively identifies companies and opportunities that may fit your background.
We can introduce you to organizations, present your experience, coordinate interviews, help navigate the hiring process, and work with you through the offer stage.

3. GET HIRED
When the right opportunity comes together and a Provident Search client hires you, you're on your way.
Begin your new position and successfully complete the program's qualification requirements.
4. TAKE A CRUISE
Once you qualify for the Placement Cruise benefit, Provident Search will provide you with instructions for selecting and booking an eligible cruise.
Then there's only one thing left to do.
PACK YOUR BAGS.
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO QUALIFY?
To qualify for a complimentary cruise, you must:
✓ Work with Provident Search as your exclusive third-party recruiting partner
✓ Be successfully placed by Provident Search
✓ Begin employment with the hiring company
✓ Remain employed through the 30-day qualification period
✓ Have Provident Search receive the applicable placement fee from the hiring company
✓ Remain in compliance with the Placement Cruise Program terms
Once those requirements are satisfied, you become eligible for your cruise benefit.

Qualifying candidates appoint Provident Search as their exclusive third-party recruiting firm for 90 days.
That means you agree not to have another recruiting, staffing, or executive search company represent or submit you during that period.
But you're still in control of your career.

Our goal is to prevent conflicts and duplicate submissions — not interfere with relationships you already established.
WHAT KIND OF CRUISE DO I GET?
Qualifying candidates receive a cruise selected or approved through the Provident Search Placement Cruise Program.
Available cruises may vary based on:
Cruise line
Destination
Sailing dates
Departure port
Cabin availability
Program availability
Maximum cruise benefit
Eligible candidates will receive booking and redemption information after completing the program requirements.
Cruise availability and specific travel arrangements are subject to the Placement Cruise Program Terms & Conditions.
WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED?
Unless expressly included in your individual cruise offer, expenses such as airfare or transportation to the cruise port, parking, gratuities, excursions, specialty dining, alcoholic beverages, travel insurance, passports, visas, upgrades, personal purchases, taxes, port charges, and incidental expenses may be the candidate's responsibility.
We'll provide the applicable details before you redeem your cruise.
WHAT DOES PROVIDENT SEARCH COST ME?
$0.
Candidates never pay Provident Search a recruiting or placement fee.
If you're placed with one of our clients, the hiring company pays our professional recruiting fee.
The Placement Cruise is a candidate benefit available to qualifying Provident Search placements — not something we're selling to candidates.

PLACEMENT CRUISE PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS
Participation in the Provident Search Placement Cruise Program is subject to eligibility requirements.
To qualify, a candidate must participate in the applicable Provident Search candidate representation program, be successfully placed by Provident Search, begin employment, remain employed through the applicable 30-day qualification period, have complied with the candidate representation requirements, and have the applicable placement fee received in full by Provident Search.
Cruise line, destination, sailing date, departure port, cabin category, maximum benefit, booking period, and availability may be determined by Provident Search and/or its travel provider.
Unless expressly included, transportation to and from the departure port, airfare, ground transportation, parking, gratuities, excursions, beverages, specialty dining, travel insurance, passports, visas, upgrades, taxes, government fees, port charges, personal expenses, and incidental expenses are the candidate's responsibility.
Cruise benefits have no guaranteed cash value and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash unless expressly authorized by Provident Search.
Candidates are responsible for satisfying applicable cruise-line and governmental identification, documentation, passport, visa, age, health, and travel requirements.
Provident Search is not the cruise operator and is not responsible for cancellations, schedule changes, delays, denied boarding, injuries, losses, or other acts or omissions of cruise lines, transportation companies, travel providers, or other third parties.
Provident Search reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Placement Cruise Program and its eligibility requirements, cruise options, redemption procedures, and terms. Candidates who have fully earned a cruise benefit before a program modification will retain the benefit subject to the terms applicable when it was earned.
